Shipping Policy
Meco Corporation ships orders within 7-14 business days. Orders to Post Office Boxes (POBs) CANNOT BE PROCESSED. Your Credit Card will NOT be charged until your order ships. A 25% restocking fee may be charged on some returns...See our Return Policy, below.

Privacy & Security
Meco Corporation is committed to your privacy.  We respect the information you share with us about you, your interests, your grill, and your experiences with our products.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Meco Corporation Web Site.  You may submit information at our Web Site to make requests, complete a survey, register a product, register for a promotion, contest, or sweepstakes, order products, send us an e-mail, or to register to receive materials.  Meco Corporation may collect the following types of personal information you submit: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card/debit card information, gender, income level, education, birthday, household members, and consumer interests.

We use the personally identifiable information you provide about yourself: (i) when placing an order, only to complete that order; (ii) when completing a survey, only for marketing research or assessing customer satisfaction purposes; (iii) when registering for a promotion, contest or sweepstakes, only to select a winner; and (iv) when providing an email address, only to answer the email we receive.  We may also use the information you provide in the course of a credit card transaction to inform you of new features and special offers from Meco Corporation.  We DO NOT SHARE THIS INFORMATION with unaffiliated third parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order, to evaluate your survey, or to process your entry without your express permission.  Finally, under certain circumstances, Meco Corporation may disclose personal information, including personally identifiable information, where required by law.

We and/or our [third party partners clarify/define] use non-identifying and aggregate information to display to you information and advertisements that match your interests and profile, to better design our Web Site and to share with advertisers.

Meco Corporation sometimes uses "IP addresses" (random numbers assigned to individual computers) to help diagnose problems with our servers, administer our web site, and anonymously track content preferences and traffic patterns.  IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.  We also use "cookies" (small text files transferred from our web site to your hard drive" to recognize repeat users, track usage behavior, and facilitate your access to and use our site.  Cookies do not damage computer files or allow us or anyone else to access your personally identifiable information - they simply allow us to tailor information and advertisement to make your web site visits more enjoyable and meaningful (and enable us to provide you with personalized information, if you choose).  They also provide information to us about site usage to help us improve and update our site.

The security of the information you provide to Meco Corporation is important to us.  We use encryption software and other security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of sensitive information under our control.  However, Meco Corporation site may include links to other sites, and when you choose to visit those sites, we are not responsible for their privacy policies or how they treat user information.  In addition, we may permit third parties to offer registration-based services through our site.  Their privacy policies may be different from ours and you should review the privacy policies of these parties when supplying personally identifiable information to them.  We are not responsible for the actions and policies of these third parties.

Meco Corporation strives to protect user information off-line as well.  We restrict access to personally identifiable information to those employees who need the information to respond to your requests for services, such as a customer service representative or a shipping clerk.

Your Choice (Opt-Out Rights)
We will send anyone who submits their name to register their products, enter contests, register for recipes or make comments periodic newsletters and advertisement via e-mail.  If you do not wish to receive these communications, you may indicate your preference on the registration from when you submit your name on this site.  We also provide instruction for opt-in or opt-out of e-mail communications at the end of each such communication.  You may choose to opt-out of these communications by calling Customer Service at 1-800-251-7558 or by e-mail at any of the "contact us" links on this web site.
 
Warranty Terms and Conditions
For specific warranty information, please refer to the owner's manual that came with your grill, or your instruction sheet that came with your replacement part or accessory.   THE WARRNATY INFORMATION IN YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL SUPERSEDES THE ALL WARRANTY INFORMATION, VERBAL OR ELECTRONIC. GENERAL WARRANTY GUIDELINES - GRILLS
All Aussie/Meco grills are warranted to the original purchaser against defect in material and workmanship under normal outdoor household use and correct assembly (if assembled by the consumer-purchaser).

If you need replacement parts under warranty, a PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL BE NECESSARY.  Damages caused by commercial or institutional use, accidental or intentional damage, repairs made or attempted by unauthorized person, or misuse are not covered by your warranty.  If defective, parts will be repaired or replaced at the option of Meco Corporation.

Meco and Aussie Grill warranties DO NOT include the cost of any inconvenience or property damage due to failure of the product and DOES NOT cover damage due to misuse, abuse, accident, damage arising out of transportation of the product, damage incurred through commercial use, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance.  LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL PROPERTY OR COMMERCIAL DAMAGE IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED BY ALL AUSSIES/MECO GRILL WARRANTIES.  ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF COVERAGE OF EACH LIMTED WARRANTY.  Some States do not allow of limitation on how long and implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

PROPANE CYLINDERS
Meco/Aussie DOES NOT warrant in any way the propane cylinder (see label on cylinder for cylinder manufacturer's warranty).  The LP cylinder manufacturer is responsible for the materials, workmanship and performance of the cylinder.  If the cylinder has a defect, malfunctions, or you have a question regarding the cylinder, call the cylinder manufacturer's customer service center.

To make a claim under this warranty, you must contact MECO's Customer Service Department at: 1-800-251-7558 M-F 8:00 - 4:30 Eastern Time. Proof of purchase is required.  Transportation charges to return the product for inspection are the responsibility of the consumer/customer.  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Meco. 
Return Policy
Meco Corporation wants you to be satisfied with every Meco item you purchase either from us or from one of our retail partners.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products you have purchased from a Retail Store or an Online Retailer, YOU MUST CONTACT THE STORE or website operator directly for all returns.  We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS of products purchased from retail partners.

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased directly from one of our official corporate websites (www.onefiregrills.com or www.mecofurniture.com ) you may return the product within 30 days of purchase. Please be advised that a 25% restocking charge does apply.  For Warranty information, see the above section, Warranty Terms and Conditions.  Returned products must be in new condition, be in original packaging and include all original parts.  Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use MAY NOT be returned.  This includes, but is not limited to, products that:

- Are weather damaged from extended outdoor exposure.
- Are not maintained per owner's manual instructions.
- Have been used commercially or institutionally.
- Have altered or damaged components.
- Have missing pieces or parts.
- Have been repaired or attempted to be repaired by unauthorized persons

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM MECO CORPORATION.  ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION RISKS FORFEITURE OF THE PRODUCT.
